Instructions on how to create a shaky hand tester game

Year 5 created their own shaky hand tester games, just before half term. The aim of the game is to guide the grip mounted loop through the wire maze without touching the loop against the metal maze all the way to the end.

If the metal loop touches the maze, even for a fraction of a second, the buzzer will sound and the player must start again. The winner will be the player who reaches the end of the maze in the quickest time.

We painted and made a shaky hand tester and then added a circuit for it to work. In our follow up lesson we wrote a set of instructions on how to create the shaky hand tester game. You could have a read and see if you can try and make one of your own!
