This week, class 4MD have had a go at making our own puppets! As we have been learning, the ancient Mayans used puppets to tell stories about lots of things, including their gods and the way they think the world was created. After our inspiring puppet show from the Norwich Puppet Theatre, we decided to have a litte go ourselves.

Making puppets wasn't always the easiest, but after a bit of trying and trying again we made a host of wonderfully creative puppets, ready to tell our own version of the Mayan creation story. Check them out and see what you think!
