Shhhhh, listen!

Today we went on a sound walk. We listened very carefully to lots of different sounds outdoors. Listen to our recording and see if you can hear traffic noise, a police car siren, the birds, crunchy leaves, children chatting.

Back in the classroom we talked about the different sounds and whether we would hear the same sounds if we had a walk around the inside of our school - we were pretty sure that we wouldn't!
