School is cool!
We have been at school for a week, but already think it is fantastic!
Lots of happy smiles can be seen in Reception class only 1 week after starting school.
The children are coming in confidently and getting themselves organised before settling with an activity.
Today the morning group experienced their first whole school assembly and were delighted to receive their author basket of books written by J & A Ahlberg.
We are all looking forward to dressing up this Friday for our whole school Dahlicios Dahl day. Reception class have the book "The Enormous Crocodile". Let's hope there are not too many crocodiles with long, sharp teeth!!
Next week we look forward to full days in school and hope that many of the children will be tasting the delicious meals cooked in our school kitchen.
