This week in class, year 1 have been learning how to find a half and quarter of a shape and quantity. As the week came to an end on Friday year 1 had a challenge to try. Each child had a biscuit to decorate, they had to try and use the skills they have been learning throughout the week to complete their challenge. We all had a fantastic morning trying to find halves and quarters together. As a treat for snack all the children were able to eat their biscuit! Another fantastic week in Maths year 1.You are becoming maths wizards!
