Year 1 have been learning all about playscripts in Literacy. As a whole class we have had a fantastic time, reading playscripts and performing to each other!

 

It has been a delight to watch the children perform as their confidence has grown; they have now learnt how to get into character depending on the script they are given!

Here are some of the lovely things the children had to say about their learning during our unit on playscripts...

 

Olivia- "I love drama at school, especially when we get the props out and go on the stage outside because it feels more real."

Farzanna- " I liked being baby bear, it was fun to change my voice"

Enrika- " The Goldilocks play was amazing, we learnt how to change our voices and use actions."
